The Server Assistant role at Invited is an integral part of the front-of-house team, focusing on assisting with food and beverage service to deliver a smooth and efficient dining experience at the club. This position supports servers by helping deliver food and beverages, setting up and cleaning the dining area, restocking supplies, and providing friendly interactions with members and guests. The Server Assistant helps uphold high service standards and operational efficiency, contributing directly to the welcoming atmosphere of the club. Responsibilities also include learning basic menu knowledge and daily specials to assist with service, handling member and guest requests or complaints by escalating issues as needed, and completing side work such as cleaning and organizing work areas to meet club standards. This role requires teamwork, a positive attitude, and adherence to safety and cleanliness guidelines under the supervision of the Food and Beverage Director, Banquet Manager, or Restaurant Manager.
