The Food & Beverage department at the DCU Center plays a crucial role in delivering an outstanding culinary experience paired with efficient service to tens of thousands of visitors annually. Legends Global is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Full Time Food & Beverage Operations Manager to join the team at the DCU Center. Reporting directly to the Director of Food and Beverage, this pivotal role involves overseeing all food and beverage operations to ensure they are running effectively, efficiently, and aligned with the company’s high standards. The position demands close coordination with multiple departments within the DCU Center, including catering, concessions, suites, and kitchen teams, providing a leadership presence and operational insight. The Food & Beverage Operations Manager will be instrumental in developing and implementing training programs, policies, and procedural guidelines to ensure consistent service quality and compliance with health and safety regulations. The role calls for strong organizational skills to effectively supervise and manage a diverse team of part-time staff, fostering a collaborative environment that enhances productivity and teamwork. The successful candidate will be entrusted with creating work schedules, coaching employees, and recognizing performance excellence while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction. In addition, this manager will utilize catering software for creating Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and managing menu costing, ensuring both profitable and high-quality food service offerings. They will also oversee inventory control, develop reports on concessions and catering stock, and meet deadlines for miscellaneous operational reports and projects as required by senior management. Strong commitment to safety and sanitation is paramount, as this role will enforce OSHA requirements and building-specific policies, including those related to alcohol management. Maintaining a Health Department score of 90 or higher is a critical responsibility, reflecting the company's dedication to public health standards and guest safety. This full-time role involves a flexible schedule covering nights, weekends, mid-shifts, and early mornings based on event demands. Candidates must demonstrate problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused attitude.   • High school diploma or GED required
  • minimum 3 years hospitality experience in food and beverage service
  • ServSafe certification including Food Handler, Allergen, and Alcohol trainings within 90 days
