Compensation for Flight Attendants starts at $25.84 per credit hour with guaranteed hours monthly and increases based on the collective bargaining agreement. Additional pay considerations include a 30% cost of living adjustment for employees based in New York City.   • High school diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Minimum age of 21 years
  • Ability to report to work at assigned base within 2 hours (2.5 hours for New York City bases)

  • Ability to pass FAA regulations and standards
