The position requires flexibility to work varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with a requirement to be able to report to the assigned base within two hours (or 2.5 hours for New York City bases). Compensation for Flight Attendants starts at $25.84 per credit hour with guaranteed hours monthly and increases based on the collective bargaining agreement. Additional pay considerations include a 30% cost of living adjustment for employees based in New York City. • High school diploma, GED or equivalent
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Minimum age of 21 years
• Ability to report to work at assigned base within 2 hours (2.5 hours for New York City bases)
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Valid passport and travel documents
• Ability to pass FAA regulations and standards
• No tattoos on hands or fingers
• Ability to cover non-hand/finger tattoos
• Limited earrings and nose piercing according to guidelines
• Exceptional customer service skills
• At least one year of customer service experience
• Ability to maintain professional appearance
• Ability to complete 4 weeks of Flight Attendant Initial Training
