The Facility Operations Team Member position at Life Time plays a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of the club meet the company’s rigorous standards. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who is passionate about maintaining a pristine environment while providing excellent customer service. As a Facility Ops Team Member, you will be responsible for performing daily maintenance tasks that uphold the safety and cleanliness of both indoor and outdoor spaces. Your duties will include washing, folding, and stocking member towels, maintaining locker room supplies in an orderly fashion, and managing consumable usage within budgeted limits. This position is not only about cleanliness but also about helping members have a positive and satisfying experience by promptly responding to their inquiries about Life Time’s products, services, and policies. The opportunity offers an hourly wage ranging from $18.00 to $21.25, depending on experience and qualifications.
