This role involves using various cleaning tools and equipment including mops, buckets, cleaning solutions, vacuum cleaners, utility carts, floor cleaning machines, wet and dry vacuums, among others. This position requires a physically fit individual who can stand and walk for the duration of their shift and perform tasks that may include bending, squatting, stooping, and lifting objects weighing up to 80 pounds. The role demands manual and finger dexterity, eye-hand coordination, as well as the ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately. Excellent customer service skills are also essential as the role may require interacting courteously with staff and visitors.
