The role of Sommelier Manager at Marbled & Fin in Savannah is designed for a hospitality-driven professional passionate about wine and guest experience. The Sommelier Manager will be responsible for leading and curating the wine and beverage program, ensuring it complements the menu and elevates the overall guest experience. - high school diploma or equivalent
- certification from the Court of Master Sommeliers (Level 2+) or WSET Level 3
- at least 2 years of wine management experience in a high-end, full-service restaurant
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- strong organizational skills
