The Facilities Maintenance Housekeeper position at Invited plays a crucial role in upholding the high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and maintenance that members and guests expect in all club facilities. The role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities both indoors and outdoors, from routine cleaning and maintenance to addressing immediate facility concerns. The housekeeper will be involved in maintaining key club areas such as restrooms, locker rooms, dining spaces, common areas, exercise rooms, stairwells, lobbies, and hallways, ensuring that every space reflects Invited’s commitment to quality. Reporting directly to the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor, the position requires proactive coordination, prioritization, and communication with supervisors and department heads to effectively manage work requests and maintenance schedules. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, take pride in their work, and are committed to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all club members and employees. The Facilities Maintenance Housekeeper is also expected to contribute to ongoing improvements by conducting preventive maintenance and managing project checklists and schedules. Candidates will work with various tools and perform light construction or repairs related to electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and building maintenance. Flexibility is key for this role as the dynamic club environment may require assisting other teams and stepping into additional duties as needed. • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years experience in general maintenance, housekeeping, or janitorial services in a golf club environment
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 100 lbs on occasion
• Frequent sitting, standing, walking, and driving
• Occasional exposure to temperature changes, dust, fumes, or gases
• Ability to squat, kneel, reach, grasp, twist, and bend
• Talking, hearing, and seeing abilities required
