They work closely with the General Manager/COO, Director of Operations, Senior Food & Beverage Manager, and Catering Manager to align culinary offerings with the club’s brand and member expectations. Financial stewardship is essential to this role, including managing food and labor budgets, controlling costs, and optimizing purchasing and inventory processes. The Executive Chef also fosters direct member engagement, ensuring their dining experiences exceed expectations while maintaining a professional and positive work environment that stresses ethical behavior and continuous improvement.
