The Executive Chef position is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, leading the kitchen staff team, and managing inventory to ensure the seamless preparation of food items. This role requires a skilled culinary expert capable of creating and adapting menus based on seasonality and availability of ingredients. The Executive Chef will plan and direct food preparation, modify menus to meet quality standards, estimate food and labor costs, and supervise the kitchen staff's daily activities. The role demands a passionate individual who can maintain a positive and professional approach while managing high-volume production and ensuring compliance with all nutrition, sanitation, and safety regulations. The salary range for this full-time position is between $90,000 and $105,000 per year.
In this role, you will be expected to lead by example, ensuring that each dish meets the highest standards before it reaches the guest. You will handle equipment purchases and repairs, recruit and manage staff, and resolve any arising problems or complaints efficiently.
