The Executive Chef will also develop policies to streamline kitchen operations, oversee staff training, and handle administrative duties including inventory control, food cost management, and employee evaluations. The focus on pairing food with craft beer calls for a candidate with either a deep knowledge or a strong interest in integrating beer into culinary creations and menu design. Beyond kitchen management, the role involves key functions related to staff hiring, training, performance reviews, and collaboration with restaurant management on menu pricing and development. - A minimum of 5 years' experience in varied kitchen positions including food preparation, line cook, fry cook and expediter
- At least 6 months of experience in an executive chef manager capacity
- Strong knowledge of craft beer and/or serious interest in understanding and learning about methods of using beer in cooking and food pairings
