• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a barista in a high volume environment
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Ability to work early mornings Monday through Friday starting at 5:30am
• Must be punctual and follow company dress code
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Willingness to comply with sanitation and safety standards
