We are currently seeking a part-time Bartender to join our dynamic team at the prestigious Kirkland & Ellis location at 333 Wolf Point, Chicago, IL 60654. This position offers a fixed hourly pay rate of $24.00 and a part-time schedule from Monday through Thursday, 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm, with further schedule details provided during the interview process. Your responsibilities will include maintaining bar inventory, preparing garnishes and fresh ingredients to guarantee product freshness, and verifying guests’ identification to comply with liquor regulations. The role further requires the handling of cash transactions, securing bar assets, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace conforming to health and safety standards. Candidates are expected to demonstrate knowledge of liquor laws, exercise prudent portion control, and address guest inebriation professionally.
