The Executive Chef position located in Boston, MA, offers a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary range of $95,000 to $100,000 annually. This key role reports directly to the General Manager/Chef Director and holds significant responsibility within a Senior Living Community. The Executive Chef is tasked with leading culinary operations and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and service are consistently achieved to exceed customer expectations. This role involves overseeing and managing all culinary, operational, financial, and people-focused facets of the kitchen and catering services. The Executive Chef is deeply involved in menu development, cost control, and quality assurance, alongside managing client relationships and developing a skilled hourly workforce.
