This current opportunity is for a full-time Barista position based at the J.P.M.C. DE Indoor Cafe located at 880 Powder Mill Road, Wilmington, DE 19803. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with hours that may vary and more details provided during the interview. The position offers a fixed pay rate of $16.00 per hour and does not require previous experience as training will be provided. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee, espresso drinks, and related food and beverage items, adhering to HACCP guidelines and food safety standards. Additionally, the role involves interacting warmly with customers, ensuring satisfaction, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the service area. Key tasks include accurate order entry, handling cash and card payments, replenishing supplies, and upholding the presentation and quality of all items served.
