The role of an Environmental Services Supervisor at MGM Resorts International is a pivotal position centered on maintaining exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the property. This supervisory role entails leading a team of Environmental Services Porters to ensure that all public areas, gaming floors, guest spaces, and offices meet the highest standards of hygiene and comfort. The position requires a strong hospitality orientation, leadership acumen, and a detailed approach to service delivery to create memorable "WOW" moments for every guest. As an Environmental Services Supervisor, you will be responsible for scheduling, training, coaching, and managing the performance of your team. You will oversee daily operations by conducting inspections, delivering team briefings, and maintaining excellent communication among staff. Emphasizing a culture of accountability, service excellence, and continual improvement, the supervisor acts as a vital link between the team and property management.
In addition to operational responsibilities, the Environmental Services Supervisor manages employee and guest concerns with professionalism, coordinates maintenance needs with facilities, and prepares comprehensive end-of-shift reports. The position requires availability for the graveyard shift from 11 pm to 8 am, including weekends and holidays.                 - Must be 18 years or older
 - Able to obtain proper licensure as required by the New York State Gaming Commission
 - Must have a high school diploma or GED
 - Minimum 2 years of relevant experience within hotel, housekeeping, and/or hospitality
 - Prior leadership experience within hospitality and/or guest service operations
 - Must be available to work the graveyard shift of 11pm-8am including weekends and holidays
