The role of an Environmental Services Supervisor at MGM Resorts International is a pivotal position centered on maintaining exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the property. As an Environmental Services Supervisor, you will be responsible for scheduling, training, coaching, and managing the performance of your team. • Must be 18 years or older
• Able to obtain proper licensure as required by the New York State Gaming Commission
• Must have a high school diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience within hotel, housekeeping, and/or hospitality
• Prior leadership experience within hospitality and/or guest service operations
• Must be available to work the graveyard shift of 11pm-8am including weekends and holidays
