Renewal by Andersen is currently expanding its Events and Retail Marketing Team and is seeking an Onboarding and Training Coordinator to play a crucial role in employee integration and development. This role is focused on creating seamless onboarding experiences for new hires, designing and implementing effective training programs, and fostering continuous learning and professional growth among employees. As part of the retail and events staff, the coordinator will be heavily involved in generating leads by supporting employees who work out of various retail locations, events, trade shows, and outdoor venues. The Onboarding and Training Coordinator position demands a dynamic individual who excels in leadership, communication, and team coaching within a fast-paced environment. This role requires direct interaction with new employees during their orientation and training phases, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to succeed. The coordinator will oversee all aspects of the onboarding process including scheduling, preparation of training materials, and follow-up to ensure timely completion. Additionally, the role entails continuous evaluation and updating of training programs to align with organizational goals and address evolving employee needs. The successful candidate will also contribute to employee development by organizing workshops, e-learning content, and certification programs while maintaining accurate training records for compliance purposes. Monitoring key performance metrics such as onboarding timelines, retention rates, and training feedback is essential to assess program effectiveness and report insights to management. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about coaching, training, and employee growth. Candidates should be comfortable working a Wednesday through Sunday schedule and expect to travel throughout the market as needed. This position also requires working a minimum of 10 shifts per month as a Brand Ambassador, conducting in-field evaluations, and serving as the primary onboarding contact for new hires.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 2 years of experience in onboarding, training coordination, or employee development
  • Experience in field marketing, sales enablement, or home improvement/home services industries
  • Comfortable conducting in-person and virtual training sessions
  • Proficiency in virtual training tools such as Zoom and Teams
  • Proficiency in content creation platforms including Canva, PowerPoint, or Photoshop
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Ability to work a Wednesday through Sunday schedule
  • Willingness to travel throughout the market
  • Ability to work a minimum of 10 shifts per month as a Brand Ambassador
