                - Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, event management, or related field
 - minimum of 3 years supporting or managing events in a fast-paced corporate environment
 - experience with internal meetings and virtual platforms
 - proficiency in Cvent including event website management, configuration, attendee tracking, and reporting
 - experience coordinating various event types including executive meetings and client events
 - experience managing external vendors including sourcing and coordination
 - strong understanding of virtual event platforms such as Zoom and Teams
 - excellent organizational and project management skills
 - ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively
 - ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
 - willingness to travel approximately 30 percent
 - proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
 - demonstrated commitment to confidentiality and data security
 - exceptional written and verbal communication skills
 - independent and proactive thinker
 - Cvent certification preferred but not required
 - financial services industry experience preferred.
