In this role, you will serve as a brand ambassador for Champion Window’s diverse product lines. Your primary responsibilities include engaging with potential clients at various events and while canvassing neighborhoods. This position is ideal for someone who is energetic, outgoing, and enjoys direct interaction with people. As a Field Marketer, you will participate in home shows, festivals, conventions, and other events, showcasing Champion’s windows and home exterior products. Besides canvassing neighborhoods door-to-door to set residential appointments, you will also demonstrate product features in live environments, helping prospective customers understand the benefits of using Champion products. This position offers an hourly base pay ranging from $15.00 to $18.00 per hour, with the potential for commission-based earnings that can significantly increase overall compensation. High-performing individuals have the opportunity to earn between $15 and $19 per hour on average, along with weekly commissions that can range from $750 to $1500 or more, depending on performance and other factors such as market location, experience, and certifications. The role requires a motivated individual who is self-driven with a competitive spirit, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and capable of working both independently and as part of a team. Key duties include maintaining a professional appearance and attitude at all times, being well-informed about current product lines and promotions, and managing time effectively during events and canvassing activities. You will assist with the setup and breakdown of booths at various event locations and contribute to internal social media and company culture initiatives. Reliable transportation and a clean driving record are essential, as the role involves traveling to various event sites and residential canvassing assignments, with a willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
