The role available within this dynamic organization is the Manager, Partnership Activation & Service, situated within the Corporate Partnerships Department at the Indy Eleven Offices in Indianapolis. This is a full-time position requiring a committed and organized individual with a proven background in account management and partnership activation, ideally within sports sponsorship or a related industry. Candidates should bring a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant professional experience to the table.
As the Manager, Partnership Activation & Service, you will play a vital role in developing innovative and customized materials that elevate sales opportunities and partnership engagements. This includes designing sales presentations, creating client communication templates, and producing high-quality mockups of partnership assets using tools such as Adobe Photoshop. The role requires a keen ability to analyze market research data and third-party metrics to produce insightful reports that support sales efforts and partner relations.
This position serves as a bridge between corporate partners and internal departments such as Broadcast, In-Game Entertainment, Marketing, and Digital/Social teams, ensuring that partnership assets are delivered effectively and that opportunities for growth are maximized. Responsibilities extend to managing fulfillment of sponsorship elements — from stadium signage and advertising to broadcast, social media, and promotional activities — while maintaining proof of performance documentation.
Additionally, the role involves assisting with the execution and management of hospitality services on game days, managing broadcast logs, supporting premium seating sales efforts, and coordinating special departmental events. The Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams and external vendors to guarantee the successful implementation of sponsor-related initiatives and projects. A high degree of creativity, organization, and communication skills is essential, along with the ability to adapt to fast-paced changes while maintaining attention to detail.
