The role requires a combination of operational expertise, customer service excellence, and strategic collaboration with multiple teams across the company. As the Location-Specific Event Manager, you will lead all aspects of your market’s events from initial planning stages, through onsite execution, to post-event analysis and follow-up. You will oversee critical event components such as setup, logistics, attendee management, and breakdown operations, ensuring all processes integrate smoothly and efficiently. Your attention to detail and ability to handle multiple concurrent initiatives will be key to driving successful event delivery. Customer experience is at the heart of this role. You will monitor and optimize every touchpoint throughout the event lifecycle, actively seeking and responding to feedback to continuously improve the quality of the events. Collaborating closely with Senior Events Managers, you will address any customer concerns promptly, fostering a positive environment that reflects the company’s commitment to excellence. In addition to customer-facing responsibilities, you will collaborate cross-functionally with teams spanning operations, marketing, technology, and business development. This collaboration ensures seamless venue management, effective local marketing campaigns, smooth technology integration, and strong support for customer acquisition efforts. Your local market expertise will enable you to navigate specific regulations, permitting requirements, and vendor relationships with ease, ensuring compliance and maximizing local opportunities.
