This role focuses on preparing event areas by setting up tables and chairs according to specific function requirements, maintaining cleanliness throughout events by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing floors, as well as cleaning and organizing storage spaces. The position requires regular attendance and flexibility to work varying schedules to meet the dynamic business needs of a busy resort environment. Reporting directly to the Event Logistics Manager or Supervisor, the role involves direct interaction with members and guests, emphasizing the importance of professionalism, efficient communication, strong organizational skills, and adherence to luxury resort etiquette. Candidates must possess basic knowledge of meeting room setup, guest relations, and service standards specific to a luxury resort environment. Familiarity with proper linen and table settings is essential, along with the ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting objects up to 50 lbs and standing or walking for extended periods.
