This specific role is that of a Food Runner, a pivotal position within the hospitality team. The Food Runner acts as the essential link between the kitchen and guests, responsible for delivering food orders promptly and accurately to tables. This role demands a high level of efficiency and attention to detail to ensure that guests receive their meals in excellent condition and in a timely manner. The Food Runner also supports kitchen and service staff by keeping assigned stations stocked and clean and maintaining safe and sanitary kitchen environments.
