The successful candidate must be able to work across multiple kitchen stations and perform both basic and intermediate cooking tasks efficiently and with attention to quality.
This position requires strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and banquet teams. It involves moderate supervision and training, enabling individuals to grow and refine their culinary expertise. Physical stamina is important, as the role demands standing for extended periods and walking long distances within the kitchen and banquet areas. The ability to handle moderate physical tasks such as pushing, pulling, and carrying items is also necessary. Additionally, all candidates must possess a valid California Food Handlers Certification.
