The position offers an attractive compensation model including a $20 per hour training pay for the first 60 days with additional commission opportunities, unlimited income potential with base pay plus uncapped bonuses, and no draw. Working hours include Monday through Saturday between 9 am and 9 pm, and Sunday from 10 am to 7 pm, with weekend shifts being a required commitment.
