This crucial role is responsible for delivering an exceptional breakfast experience to all our hotel guests. The Complimentary AM Attendant will expertly manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and proactive service practices. They will ensure the breakfast dining area is clean, orderly, and well-stocked in line with our brand standards. The ideal candidate will prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items and specialty beverages, including coffee and tea. The role demands adherence to high food safety and sanitation protocols. In addition to food service, the Complimentary AM Attendant will be an ambassador for the hotel, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere, greeting guests, and responding to inquiries about hotel amenities and local attractions. A key part of this position involves helping maintain the organization and efficiency of the breakfast service area by clearing tables promptly and refreshing buffet stations as needed. The ability to rapidly identify and solve guest issues or special requests is essential, as is the flexibility to support team efforts such as dishwashing and replenishing supplies. Physical stamina is important for this position because the role requires standing for extended periods and the ability to lift between 20 and 50 pounds. Calmness and professionalism when handling stressful situations are also vital qualities.
