The Valet Key Attendant/Cashier position is a temporary role with an anticipated end date in January 2026, offering a competitive pay scale ranging from $22.73 to $25.25 per hour. The shift pattern for this position is primarily mid PM shifts with five shifts per week, working from 2pm to 10pm. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about providing memorable guest experiences and who have a strong customer service orientation.
In this role, candidates will be responsible for greeting guests warmly and processing parking transactions efficiently and accurately. The duties include handling payments using various methods, managing the parking booth area, maintaining detailed records of parking fees and vehicle custody, managing the flow of traffic as needed, and responding promptly to guest inquiries and requests. Hilton emphasizes the importance of delivering outstanding customer service alongside financial accuracy and operational efficiency.
The position calls for someone who can manage multiple payment processes, including credit and debit card transactions, gift certificates, and vouchers. Attention to detail is critical in managing a bank, reporting discrepancies, and ensuring the accuracy of records related to parking rates and validations.
