The Dual General Manager role at the LaQuinta Inn and ECHO Suites Springfield represents a unique leadership opportunity for an experienced and motivated hospitality professional to oversee daily operations and champion a culture of excellence across two distinct brands. The position requires an individual who thrives on building and inspiring teams, driving operational success, and taking full ownership of both hotels' performance and guest satisfaction. As the Dual General Manager, you will coordinate and manage front desk staff, housekeeping, maintenance, and van drivers, ensuring all team members are adhering to their roles and responsibilities. Effective communication and hands-on leadership will be essential to foster a productive, positive work environment and uphold Gibson Hotel Management’s standards of conduct and service. You will be responsible for coaching and counseling staff, managing hiring and termination processes compliantly, and driving marketing initiatives within the hotels. 
Guest service and satisfaction are paramount; responding to inquiries and complaints promptly, maintaining composure, and offering alternative solutions when necessary will be critical components of your daily work. You will ensure that the guest callback program is consistently implemented, thus reinforcing the commitment to genuine hospitality. 
The role demands strong organizational skills, the ability to develop and manage schedules, and an unwavering commitment to upholding safety and liability protocols. You will work in close liaison with the managing partner and assistant general manager to address and resolve operational challenges, as well as maintain excellent communication with the corporate office.
