The Seasonal Food and Beverage Village Clubhouse Bartender position is a part-time seasonal role running from early May to mid-October, reporting directly to the Food and Beverage Director. This role is vital in ensuring the highest quality of guest service by promptly greeting and serving guests at the Village Clubhouse Bar, enhancing the overall guest experience with hospitality that is both professional and friendly. The bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving a wide variety of beverages including craft cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits. Operating during two main shifts—9am to 4pm and 4pm to 11pm—this position requires flexibility as ending hours may vary based on business volumes and special events.
In this role, precision and attention to detail are paramount, ensuring that every drink meets the club's standards for quality and presentation. The bartender is expected to be well-versed in the use of keg and soda systems, capable of handling cash and operating the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately, and committed to maintaining a clean and organized bar environment. Physical requirements include the ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform tasks such as bending, squatting, and carrying items over distances. The ideal candidate must bring at least two years of bartending experience within a restaurant or club setting, possess solid knowledge of beverage trends, and have completed Responsible Beverage Training to promote safe and responsible alcohol service.

 - Minimum of 2 years bartending experience in a restaurant or club setting
 - Knowledgeable of craft cocktails, beer, wine and spirits
 - Experienced with keg and soda systems
 - Experience in cash handling and Point of Sale system
 - Ability to stand for extended periods
 - Manual dexterity to handle bar equipment and glassware
 - Capable of lifting 50 pounds
 - Must be able to bend, squat, lift and carry 10 pounds for extended distance
