Responsibilities include a variety of cleaning tasks such as dishwashing, pot washing, kitchen equipment sanitation, and general maintenance of food service areas to meet health standards. Additional duties may involve assisting with food service and storage operations. Employees in this role contribute to the smooth functioning of the kitchen and dining areas by transporting food carts and supplies, operating and cleaning dish machines, performing routine maintenance checks, and managing waste disposal in accordance with departmental policies.
