We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team full time at the JP Morgan Chase location in Newark, Delaware. This position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $16.00 to $17.00 and includes a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, with hours that may vary and will be clarified during the interview process. The Dishwasher plays a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation within the kitchen, ensuring all dishes, pots, pans, trays, and utensils are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized to support the efficient functioning of the dining and catering services. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a fast-paced kitchen environment. The Dishwasher's responsibilities include manual and machine washing of kitchenware, polishing silverware, maintaining sanitary conditions in work areas, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Additional duties involve sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning food preparation surfaces, managing waste disposal, handling supplies, and assisting in loading and unloading products. The ideal candidate has prior experience in dishwashing or a similar role, demonstrating reliability and a proactive approach to maintaining kitchen hygiene.
