Reporting to the Director, this role involves managing daily clerical tasks that support the overall functionality of the department. The Coordinator is responsible for payroll processing, accounting reconciliations, organizing regulatory documentation, and maintaining department policies and procedures. A critical component of this role is being the department's subject matter expert in HCA Healthcare's computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) and compliance programs. This includes scheduling preventive maintenance (PMs), managing work orders, and overseeing vendor interactions to ensure operational excellence.
