The Baker will serve as the Ambassador of Bagels, energetically announcing fresh batches to both team members and guests, promoting a lively and engaging environment. As a Baker at THB Bagelry and Deli, you will manage the entire production process efficiently, from thawing frozen dough to delivering beautifully finished bagels. The role also involves maintaining a clean and functional bakery space, ensuring that all equipment operates correctly to avoid disruptions during the busy production schedule. You will be expected to manage your time effectively to meet the demands of opening hours and throughout the day, maintaining a sufficient supply of bagels at all times.
