We are seeking an executive-level Program Manager with a strong background in aircraft modification or aircraft manufacturing to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple high-profile aerospace and engineering programs, managing the entire program lifecycle from concept inception to completion, and ensuring alignment with both customer and organizational goals. In this role, you will lead a team of Project and Program Managers, fostering an accountable and high-energy work environment that promotes engagement and retention. Your leadership will drive innovative thinking, challenge the status quo, and inspire collaboration across internal teams and external customers. Program management responsibilities include applying Earned Value Management techniques to oversee cost, schedule, and performance metrics, developing and directing proposal preparations, business plans, specifications, and ensuring resource allocation aligns with program demands. A crucial aspect of this role is maintaining strong relationship management by working internally with executive leadership, peers, support functions, and subordinates, as well as externally with customers to determine needs, requirements, and identify new business opportunities. Effective communication skills are essential for translating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Moreover, the candidate must demonstrate the ability to solve complex problems with significant business impact and maintain a secret clearance, a vital requirement for employment at SNC.
