The available role is for a full-time Director of Sales & Marketing at Montgomery Embassy Suites, offering an attractive annual compensation range between $100,000 and $110,000. The Director of Sales & Marketing position is a senior leadership role requiring an individual who is both a strategic visionary and an operational leader in hospitality sales and marketing. The incumbent will be responsible for guiding a team responsible for revenue growth, client relationship building, and brand presence enhancement. Through collaboration with the general management and revenue management teams, this role influences the hotel’s pricing strategies and inventory optimization as part of the revenue strategy team. Additionally, the Director takes ownership of the hotel's marketing initiatives across digital, social media, print, and third-party platforms unless supported by a shared services team.
This position demands a financially savvy leader capable of managing budgets, forecasting revenues, and engaging in financial reviews to ensure departmental profitability and strategic alignment.
