As a brand new facility, Calyx Living combines modern living amenities with an experienced and energetic staff focused on tailored resident care. We are actively seeking an energetic and compassionate Memory Care Concierge to join our growing team. This is a unique role designed to provide a constant welcoming presence at our Memory Care reception, serving as the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors. The Memory Care Concierge will be responsible not only for greeting and assisting guests but also cross-training to fulfill duties as a Personal Care Aide. This dual function ensures that the Memory Care Concierge supports residents with their personal care needs and assists in facilitating their participation in daily activities. The position offers consistent daytime hours, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with the requirement to be available on weekends. This role is ideal for someone with prior caregiving experience or a strong desire to work with seniors, especially those living with memory impairments. In this position, the Memory Care Concierge will play a critical role in creating a warm and secure environment that encourages resident engagement and comfort. The individual must be attentive, reliable, and adaptable, capable of effectively communicating with residents and their families to meet each person’s unique needs. By assisting with general activities of daily living and ensuring residents’ active participation in daily events, the Concierge helps to promote cognitive stimulation and social interaction—essential factors in memory care settings.
