We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Director of Sales to join our leadership team and play a pivotal role in driving the hotel's revenue growth and market presence. This full-time role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $105,000 to $107,000, complemented by bonus potential. The Director of Sales will be instrumental in developing strategic sales initiatives and cultivating meaningful partnerships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event organizers. This position requires a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in the hospitality sector, capable of leading a dynamic sales team to exceed performance targets.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of hotel revenue management and sales techniques, with the ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly. Leadership and communication skills are paramount as this role involves motivating and training sales personnel, coordinating with multiple departments such as marketing and operations, and representing the hotel at various industry functions to enhance brand visibility. Working closely with the General Manager and Regional Director of Sales, the Director will ensure all sales efforts align with brand standards and company policies while delivering exceptional service quality.
This role demands a strategic thinker with excellent negotiation and presentation skills, comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will have the autonomy to implement innovative sales strategies while benefiting from a supportive leadership team and robust operational framework. Flexibility is required as the position may involve evenings, weekends, holidays, and travel to client meetings, sales calls, and industry events, including overnight stays.

- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business administration, marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive sales experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 2 years in a senior sales leadership role
- Strong knowledge of hotel revenue management principles and sales techniques
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficient in sales CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
