The Culinary - Floater position represents a dynamic opportunity within USC Hospitality’s expansive dining operations. The Culinary Specialist will contribute to maintaining the high culinary standards the department is proud of by preparing meals using fresh, locally sourced ingredients and adhering to precise recipes and safety protocols. • Less than high school education
• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Ability to lift a minimum of 30 pounds
