The Culinary - Floater position represents a dynamic opportunity within USC Hospitality’s expansive dining operations. The Culinary Specialist will contribute to maintaining the high culinary standards the department is proud of by preparing meals using fresh, locally sourced ingredients and adhering to precise recipes and safety protocols. The Specialist will ensure cleanliness and organization within the kitchen, maintain inventory levels, and support chefs by taking on various kitchen tasks as needed.
