This opportunity is for a Cook position at Wigle Whiskey, where the focus is on preparing cooked foods with precision and creativity. The role is integral to the kitchen team and requires flexibility to perform across various stations including Fry, Flat Top Griddle, Pantry, and egg cooking. The Cook will work closely with both the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure timely and high-quality service. Responsibilities include following recipes and product directions, tasting and seasoning dishes, and maintaining kitchen sanitation according to strict HACCP standards. - Food preparation skills and knowledge of HACCP standards
- Minimum of 1 year of closely related cooking experience
- Work experience in high volume and casual dining restaurant environment preferred
- Food knowledge pertaining to Soups, Saute, Broiler, Fry, and Pantry
