The Director of Food and Beverage at Four Seasons Houston plays a pivotal role in upholding the brand’s distinguished standards within the hotel. As a key member of the Hotel Leadership team, this individual participates in making strategic and operational decisions that impact the hotel's overall success. The Director oversees the entire Food and Beverage operations, which encompass several vibrant dining outlets such as Toro Toro, Bayou & Bottle, Bayou & Bean, Bandista, as well as banquet services, in-room dining, and poolside service. The primary focus of the role is to ensure the highest quality of food and service, aligning with the Four Seasons promise of luxury and guest satisfaction.
This full-time position requires a leader with extensive expertise in food and beverage management, creativity, strong business acumen, and excellent people-management skills. The Director is responsible for managing and developing the Food & Beverage team, monitoring budgets, controlling labor and operating expenses, and fostering relationships with key suppliers and industry partners. This role demands a blend of operational excellence and innovative leadership to maintain the high standards and enhance the overall guest experience. Additionally, the position requires some travel for training, conferences, and special events, underscoring the commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.

- college degree preferably in hotel or restaurant management or business administration or equivalent experience
