We are currently seeking a dedicated Full-Time Day Porter to join the team at one of our managed properties located at 942 S Westlake Blvd, Westlake Village, CA 91361. This role is crucial for maintaining cleanliness and order in the property’s common areas, ensuring a pleasant environment for residents, tenants, and visitors. The Day Porter position involves responsibilities such as trash pickup, general cleaning tasks, conducting inspections, and reporting any maintenance needs. The schedule for this position is Sunday through Thursday, from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm, providing 25 work hours per week. The pay rate is competitive at $17.87 per hour, with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision coverage, and a 401(k) plan with company match.
