The Cleaner role at ABM, located at 2300 Oracle Way, Austin, Texas 78741, is designed as an entry-level position ideal for individuals entering or re-entering the workforce. This full-time position offers a Monday to Friday schedule, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a competitive pay rate of $16.00 per hour. The primary responsibility involves maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of an assigned area to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for both workers and visitors. The position provides on-the-job training and does not require prior experience or educational qualifications, making it accessible for a wide range of applicants. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for tasks such as cleaning and dusting furniture, fixtures, floors, ceilings, walls, machines, and equipment; using chemical cleaners and power equipment safely; moving items like furniture and boxes to perform thorough cleaning; and maintaining restrooms and food areas in impeccable condition. The role also includes occasional outdoor duties like sweeping walks, raking leaves, cutting grass, or removing snow.
