This full-time permanent position is housed within the Rooms - Front Office department and represents a critical role in maintaining the high standards of guest service and hospitality that Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek is known for. The role focuses on observing and anticipating the guests' preferences and needs throughout their stay with a strong emphasis on discretion and attention to detail. The successful candidate will act as the vital connection between the guest and the hotel, managing everything from reservations and special requests to room orientation and luggage services. They will ensure that guests' preferences and details are gathered and recorded for personalized recognition on future visits. Duties include maintaining the cleanliness and standards of guest rooms, being fully knowledgeable of room features, hotel facilities like the fitness center, pool, and dining venues, and consistently upholding the brand's high service standards. The role requires proactive communication with guests to ensure complete satisfaction, efficient coordination with multiple hotel departments, and seamless execution of guest services such as laundry, shoeshine, and meal service in suites. This position demands strong organizational skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. It involves constant interaction with guests, requiring manners that reflect the Forbes 5 Star environment, professionalism, tact, and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
