We are currently hiring immediately for full-time Cashier positions at the Northrop Grumman location in Melbourne, Florida, situated at 2000 West Nasa Boulevard. These roles provide a Monday through Friday work schedule, typically from 6:00 am to 4:00 pm with some variation in hours, providing a stable and consistent workweek for employees. The hourly pay ranges from $15.00 to $18.00, dependent on experience and qualifications. This position is essential in maintaining the fast-paced food service environment, ensuring efficient and accurate transaction processing and delivering excellent customer service. The Cashier role at Eurest is critical in providing customers with a seamless transaction experience. Responsibilities include performing sales transactions accurately and timely, managing cash drawers with precision by verifying cash receipts and balancing at the end of shifts, issuing receipts, and handling various payment forms including cash and declining balance cards. The role also includes replenishing service areas with condiments, beverages, and general supplies while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards as per ServSafe and company guidelines. Additionally, Cashiers are expected to observe customer purchases to ensure portion control, resolve customer complaints in a friendly and professional manner, and comply with all cash control procedures to maintain integrity and accountability.
