RS&H is currently seeking a Dallas Aviation Project Manager to join their Aviation Practice in Dallas, TX. This full-time position provides a unique opportunity to oversee a range of high-impact aviation projects including the design of runways, taxiways, aprons, stormwater and utility infrastructure, along with coordination efforts involving airports, airlines, FAA, and other tenants. The role involves leading production teams, quality assurance efforts, and ensuring financial performance and project delivery meet the highest standards. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects of varying sizes from small to large, providing mentorship and leadership to design teams, and supporting business development initiatives to expand the firm's aviation client base. This role requires excellent technical knowledge of aviation design fundamentals, strong leadership skills, and effective communication capabilities.
