The role of Crowd Coordinator at the Greensboro Complex is crucial in ensuring guests have a safe, enjoyable experience while attending events. Crowd Coordinators serve as the first line of direct customer service, focusing on maintaining safety and addressing any issues that may arise during events. This position is hourly paid at $15.00 and offers benefits including a 401(k) savings plan with matching for part-time employees. As a Crowd Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests adhere to all venue policies and entry procedures, promptly addressing any incidents or safety concerns. You will be tasked with monitoring guest behavior, managing crowd control, and acting as a member of the emergency evacuation team. This role requires a proactive and friendly approach to customer service, with the ability to de-escalate situations when necessary and maintain a safe environment throughout the event.  - Ability to walk and stand for the entire shift
