Keystone Automotive Operations is currently seeking a dedicated Delivery Driver for its Houston, TX location. This full-time position offers an hourly wage of $19.00 and includes a Monday through Friday work schedule with early morning start times. Employees enjoy a 4 to 5 day work week based on scheduled routes and business needs, with the added benefit of having no weekend shifts. One notable perk of the role is the potential for hourly wage increases up to $0.50 per hour after 60 days, 6 months, and one year of continuous employment, contingent on performance. Additionally, new hires can benefit from a $1,000 sign-on bonus, paid out in two installments: $500 after six months and another $500 after twelve months of full-time employment. In this role, Delivery Drivers serve as the face of Keystone Automotive to customers, providing critical delivery services. The delivery vehicles are well-maintained and equipped with heating and air conditioning to ensure comfort in varying weather conditions. The position requires driving company vehicles responsibly, delivering invoiced products efficiently and safely to customers, and handling the accurate and careful loading and unloading of products. Providing excellent customer service is a fundamental part of the role, along with clear communication with teammates and management. Drivers are also expected to maintain a clean and professional appearance while performing their duties. This position demands a strong commitment to safety and quality. Candidates must be at least 21 years old, have no motor vehicle violations for the past 24 months, and be capable of passing a pre-employment drug screen and Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination. Physical fitness is essential as the role requires the ability to lift up to 75 pounds regularly. While not mandatory, prior experience driving a box truck of 15 feet or larger is preferred.
