The Crew Member position is a temporary role lasting 28 weeks on board American Cruise Lines vessels. This job provides an exciting opportunity to work in the fast-paced and rewarding environment of the cruise industry while traveling across the United States. Crew Members will support the onboard dining service and hospitality efforts, contributing to memorable guest experiences through warm, personalized service and attention to detail. Employees will learn valuable hospitality skills that can launch a long-term career in the cruise and service industries. The position involves working up to 12 hours a day, seven days a week, requiring stamina and a strong work ethic. Employees will benefit from wages ranging from $1,000 to $1,400 per week plus bonuses, with many living expenses such as travel, room, board, uniforms, and training covered by the company. • High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred but not required
• Willingness to work temporarily for 28 weeks aboard a cruise ship
• Ability to perform emergency and safety functions as required by the company
• Prohibition of alcohol consumption during employment
• Must be able to live and work onboard the vessel for the duration of the contract
• Must adhere to company grooming and appearance policies
