The Crew Manager, Inflight Performance role is integral to the Customer Experience-Flight (NFLT) group, specifically within the Inflight Performance team. The Crew Manager oversees day-to-day performance reporting, leads performance conversations, and documents flight attendants’ records in the Attendance and Performance System (APS). This role ensures that flight attendants understand and comply with inflight policies, procedures, and regulations while providing coaching and counseling to address any performance concerns. The position also involves implementing corrective actions, including disciplinary measures up to dismissal if necessary. The Crew Manager works collaboratively with the Inflight team to support initiatives aimed at improving flight attendant performance and participates in task forces to develop long-term strategies for the team. This full-time, on-site position offers a salary range of $61,000 to $84,000 and requires the ability to work shift schedules, including weekends and holidays.
