Cinepolis is currently seeking enthusiastic and committed team members to join their theater operations team. As a team member, you will be integral to providing top-notch service and contributing to the overall guest experience in a luxury theater environment. The role involves proactively engaging with guests, answering calls via the Plex Call System to assist customers promptly, and demonstrating exemplary in-seat dining service following well-established procedures. Team members guide guests through the menu, suggest items including promotions and add-ons, and provide seamless food and beverage service in a way that enhances the viewing experience without disruption. Attention to detail is paramount, such as accurately inputting food orders, handling payments responsibly, ensuring compliance with alcohol service protocols, and maintaining a clean and hospitable theater space. This position offers competitive base pay ranging from $15.50 to $19.50 per hour, reflecting the premium quality of service expected. The role requires excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively, handle guest complaints diplomatically, and assist management in maintaining operational excellence. Physical activity is a part of the job, including standing, walking, carrying food and beverage trays, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance. Flexibility in scheduling is also essential, as the position may require working weekends and holidays.
