We are currently looking for skilled and enthusiastic Craft Bartenders to join our team on a part-time, seasonal basis. The ideal candidates will have a passion for mixology, especially in whiskey and vodka, and demonstrate a commitment to providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced and fun-loving atmosphere. As a Craft Bartender at Trinity River Distillery, you will play an essential role in crafting cocktails, serving drinks, and facilitating guest enjoyment. Your responsibilities include learning the distinctive builds of Silver Star Cocktails, managing multiple drink orders efficiently during busy periods such as group tours, and maintaining cleanliness and organization across the bar and lounge areas. You will also assist with opening and closing duties which include setting up the patio, checking bathrooms, stocking supplies, and keeping the visitor centers tidy. This role requires a high-energy personality ready to be the face of the distillery, capable of welcoming all guests and providing a warm, informative, and engaging service experience. You will be expected to gain knowledge about the distillery's brands and products, sharing this information with guests to enhance their visit. Additionally, bartenders support gift shop sales, contribute to the setup and breakdown of tours, and participate in special events hosted on-site and off-site. The position demands excellent multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and stamina, as bartenders will often stand for extended periods, handle multiple orders simultaneously, and lift moderately heavy items. The role offers a competitive hourly wage from $18.00 to $20.00, with work hours varying between 6 to 25 hours per week depending on the event schedule.
